Individual Counselling and Psychotherapy
In the spirit of caring well for my clients and myself, sessions are 50 minutes in length at a rate of $150. Depending on capacity, I may have a sliding scale fee available; please contact me for more information. Services are available on a crisis, short term or long term basis depending on your needs.
I provide counselling and psychotherapy for anyone 17+ in the following areas:
Counselling and psychotherapy are not covered through OHIP; however, services provided may be covered by your insurance provider. Please check with your insurance provider if psychotherapy by a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) is covered before coming in for your first appointment. I am also an approved provider with Medavie Blue Cross should you have access to those benefits.

- Complex trauma, sexual assault and gender-based violence
- Grief, loss and transition
- Gender identity and sexual orientation
- Self-esteem and self-compassion
